The boat has been hauled, winterized, and shrink-wrapped each winter, with new bottom paint and waxing each Spring. This is a very well-loved boat, and the current owner is the type of owner that you want to buy a boat from. VERY WELL DONE!!

VESSEL WALKTHROUGH
Board this exceptional yacht from the oversized hydraulic swim platform through the wide transom door into the very large cockpit. The cockpit has a recently added Nuteak sole which adds a flare of elegance to the space, and the area is fully enclosed when desired. Air conditioned and heated, the addition of the enclosure allows for year-round boating, and greatly adds to the already abundant amount of living and entertaining space. There are comfortable bench-style settees aft and to starboard, with storage beneath. To port is the cockpit wet bar with new refrigerator, sink, and storage. Up two steps to the expansive helm deck area, the availability of 360 degree viewing is apparent. There is a pedestal mounted helm seat (recently recovered), a forward-facing companion bench seat, as well as an aft-facing companion seat. The entire cockpit and helm deck area is very expansive, with room and seating to entertain a small crowd or to simply enjoy as a family.
Down five steps into the companionway, the salon/galley area is equally expansive. To port there are built-in lockers, an ornate bar, Television console and entertainment center, with all cabinetry made from beautiful high gloss Cherry Wood. To starboard are 2 large sofas, one of which converts into a full double berth. The other opens up to provide for additional storage. Between the sofas is a built-in cherry end table, and there is also a beautiful hi-lo table with stools. The area has beautiful lighting, with an overhead recessed hatch to provide for additional natural lighting as well. Neutral carpeting, carpet covers, wood blinds, and Bose surround sound system add to the value of this space.
Forward to starboard is the elegant galley with Solid-Surface Countertops and additional Cherry Wood Cabinetry that offer abundant storage. The galley offers a 2-burner electric stovetop, convection microwave oven, stainless sink, 2 recently replaced drawer-style refrigerator/freezer units concealed by beautiful cabinetry, overhead hatch, and cherry wood flooring. There is also a hidden washer/dryer unit beneath the companionway steps.
Across to port is the guest stateroom which offers a bunk-bed arrangement, with the lower bunk being extra-wide and furnished with a Television. There is a roomy hanging locker, drawer storage, overhead hatch for natural lighting, and private access to the guest head forward. The guest head, which also serves as the day head as there are two entryways, offers a large stall shower, Vacu-flush head system, vanity with sink mounted into solid surface countertop, abundant storage, natural lighting, and tile flooring.
Moving forward into the Master Stateroom, the large space consists of a centerline queen berth with cherry headboard and rattan inset, large cedar-lined hanging locker, vanity with mirror and storage, overhead hatch, separate air conditioning, and private entrance to the large ensuite Master Head to starboard. The Master Head provides a large stall shower, Vacu-flush head system, solid-surface countertop with sink and Grohe faucet, natural lighting, plenty of storage, and tile flooring.
The cabin has plenty of headroom throughout, and is a very livable space whether for just the weekend or a season in the Bahamas. That coupled with the tremendous cockpit area will deliver to her next owner The Good Life.
